Taipei-Air France announced Thursday that it will reopen its Taipei-Paris route next year, using Boeing 777-200 planes to serve the route.
After a hiatus of 20 years, Air France will operate three weekly flights between Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport and Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport starting from April 16, 2018, the carrier said in a press release.
The flights are scheduled to take off at 1:35 p.m. every Monday, Thursday and Saturday from Paris and will arrive in Taipei at 8:15 a.m. the next day, Air France said. The return flight will leave Taipei at 10:25 a.m. and arrive in Paris at 6:20 p.m. the same day.
There will be 280 seats on the flights, including 40 business class and 24 premium economy class seats, it said.
