Taipei, No Taiwanese nationals have been reported injured after a magnitude 7.5 earthquake struck Sulawesi Island in Indonesia, Taiwan's Tourism Bureau said Saturday.
Most Taiwanese travel agencies have said the remote island is not included in their current itineraries because it is some 2,000 kilometers away from Jakarta, the bureau said.
The Foreign Ministry's office in Surabaya also said it has not received any emergency calls from Taiwanese nationals.
According to foreign news agency reports, the earthquake has left at least 30 people dead and 12 injured.
