Potential continental cold air mass to bring temperatures down: CWB

Taipei, A continental cold air mass that could sweep Taiwan around March 21 is forecast to bring temperatures down to 12-14 degrees Celsius in Taipei, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said Thursday.

CWB forecaster Cheng Chuan-fang (???) said there will be fluctuations in weather patterns in the coming week, including rain forecast for Thursday evening and northeasterly winds that will cause temperatures to drop to 20 degrees in northern Taiwan Saturday before warmer weather returns a day later, followed by the cold front.
