Kaohsiung: The Ciaotou District Prosecutors Office has determined that a man in his 70s was mauled and killed by three stray dogs after his body was discovered on a beach in Yong’an District, Kaohsiung. The tragic incident occurred after the man had been swimming in the ocean.
According to Focus Taiwan, prosecutors and a forensic pathologist examined the body of the 76-year-old man, surnamed Tsai, and concluded that he died from massive blood loss. The findings were disclosed in a statement from the prosecutors office, which stated that the body had been released to Tsai’s family, who did not dispute the conclusion.
