She wished that Kursk and the central province of Ninh Thuan would enhance partnership in agriculture and industry, and suggested the Kursk authorities offer further assistance to apparel joint ventures between Vietnamese companies and local partners operating in the province.
Governor Mikhailov informed the host that he will attend business forums in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Ninh Thuan, which he said, will offer opportunities to develop economic ties between Kursk and Vietnamese localities.
Kursk is strong in agriculture and willing to export sugar and cereals to Vietnam, he said, adding that local firms are willing to invest in Vietnam.
