Anupap Sirimondol, the army spokesman, revealed that regarding the news that appeared in the public media today (7 August 2014) regarding a soldier from the 37th Infantry Division in Chiang Rai Province being punished in an inappropriate manner beyond reason, the army commander has ordered the commander of the 3rd Army Area to urgently investigate the facts. Today, the commander of the 3rd Army Area will hold a press conference on the facts of the incident at the Public Relations Center of the 3rd Army Area, Somdech Phra Naresuan Maharat Camp, Mueang District, Phitsanulok Province. The Royal Thai Army places importance on taking care of its personnel, especially conscripts.
