A vendor sells 30 ducks with traditional dipping sauce. They are all sold out in 3 hours. They are only available on Saturdays. Anyone who wants to eat them must wait in line. The owner of the roast duck shop, Kojo, said that he works as a general contractor for a company. On his days off, he prepares to sell roast duck at the market in Pran Buri District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. He sells only on Saturdays, using about 30 ducks. Customers come to wait even before the shop is finished. It opens at 2 p.m. onwards. Some people order 2-3 ducks and they sell out in a few hours. The secret is the dipping sauce, which is an old recipe he got from his aunt because when he was a child, he helped his aunt make roast duck to sell in Ratchaburi Province. After his aunt passed away, he brought the roast duck recipe and dipping sauce to sell in Pran Buri. Source: Thai News Agency
