Energy Absolute PCL (EA) announced a postponement of the bondholders' meeting after the meeting 'failed' and did not reach a quorum today. EA informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that according to the invitation to the 3/2024 bondholders' meeting for the High-Risk Environmental Bonds No. 2/2023, Series 1, due in 2025, with the first maturity date postponed and additional collateral later (EA249A bonds), the meeting was scheduled for today. However, 45 minutes after the meeting time, the number of bondholders and proxies attending the meeting was not sufficient to form a quorum. The chairman of the bondholders' meeting therefore adjourned the meeting and postponed the bondholders' meeting to October 1, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting agenda was as originally stated. The details of bondholders and proxies who attended the 3/2024 bondholders' meeting for EA249A bonds today showed that there were 526 attendees, representing 1,147,200 bond units or 28.68%.
