Fire still smoldering all the time. Fire at a recycling factory in Samut Sakhon Province since midnight last night. Villagers are affected and have difficulty breathing. Fire broke out at a recycling and plastics factory in Bang Ya Phraek Subdistrict, Samut Sakhon Province, late last night. Firefighters sprayed water to control the fire inside the factory and prevent it from spreading to the community and nearby areas. As of 9:00 a.m., the fire was still smoldering with smoke rising at all times. Villagers living near the factory revealed that more than 200 households in the area have been affected by the smoke from the fire, causing difficulty breathing. In addition, the factory collects a large number of old tires to be recycled into oil and is preparing to build several large tanks near the factory that caught fire. They are concerned that there will be danger if an explosion or fire occurs, so they want the responsible agency to investigate because they have complained about the inconvenience many time s before, but there has been no progress.
