As for buildings and shops, the water that was once about a meter high has receded. Many people have started to move their motorcycles and cars out of the area. The Navy recently sent a SEAL unit from the Special Warfare Command. Today, the SEAL unit will enter the red zone, which is 2 communities that rescuers have not been able to enter yet.
