MEA launches a convoy of vehicles in the activity 'MEA helps relieve the suffering of flood victims' in Chiang Rai Province. Pol. Lt. Gen. Korchai Klaiklueng, Metropolitan Electricity Authority Board Member and Chairman of the Metropolitan Electricity Authority Public Relations Committee, along with Mr. Wilas Chalaysat, MEA Governor or the Metropolitan Electricity Authority and executives, organized a ceremony to launch the motorcade in the activity "MEA helps relieve the suffering of flood victims" at the Metropolitan Electricity Authority, Klong Toey Head Office to build confidence by improving the electrical system and changing electrical equipment for people in flood-affected areas in Chiang Rai Province between 4-7 October 2024. The Governor said that MEA, as a state enterprise under the Ministry of Interior, is concerned about the people regarding the electrical system after the flooding from the northern flooding situation that has affected many areas in the North and gives importance to promoting a giving society and integrating with various agencies to mobilize MEA volunteers to go to the area to help people affected by the flooding along with donating money, equipment and tools to officials and agencies to help people for safety.
