National Security Adviser Shin Won-sik said Monday that North Korea remains ready to carry out its seventh nuclear test at any time and that includes around the U.S. presidential election in November. Shin made the remark during an interview with Yonhap News TV when asked about the possibility of a seventh nuclear test by the North. "The question of when will be decided according to North Korea's strategic advantages and disadvantages, and I assess that time includes before and after the U.S. presidential election," he said.
