Flooding in 6 districts of Phayao Province. The latest update is that the Mae Tam community in Phayao Municipality has already been inundated. Phayao Province has been flooded in more than 6 districts, 12 sub-districts, 46 villages, and 15 communities, affecting 3,400 households or 11,200 people. This morning, water accumulated from heavy rain flowed into the Mae Tam River, overflowing into houses and roads in the communities of Tha Wang Kwai-Phumin-Pa Lan-Inthan-Mueang Chum, Mae Tam Sub-district and communities near Kwan Phayao, Mueang District, Phayao Province, affecting hundreds of houses and flooding alleys along the route, at a depth of 50-70 centimeters. Some alleys are impassable for small vehicles. Vehicles traveling on the Mae Tam-Mae Na Ruea Road must be careful while traveling, causing long traffic jams in the morning.
