PM expresses condolences to families of victims of Phuket mudslide

The Prime Minister expressed his condolences to the families of those killed in the mudslide in Phuket Province and urgently developed a warning system to better cope with the disaster. At 8:00 p.m., Ms. Paethongtarn Shinawatra, Prime Minister, posted on X that 'I would like to express my condolences to the families of those who died in the landslide incident in Phuket Province here. I sincerely hope that this kind of incident will not happen again. We must solve the problem at its root, including nature conservation, environmental protection, and developing a disaster warning system to cope with disasters better, because this problem tends to become more severe in the future.'
