Taipei: Taiwan shares ended down 755.64 points, or 1.61 percent, at 46,184.85 Friday on turnover of NT$721.91 billion (US$22.84 billion).
According to Focus Taiwan, the stock market in Taiwan experienced a significant decline, closing the session with a decrease of 1.61 percent. The turnover for the day was recorded at NT$721.91 billion, equivalent to approximately US$22.84 billion.
