The Revenue Department is taking action against the 'Go Fuk Oil Network', admitting that it must collect relevant information and documents from many parties. It is currently processing the data. If the operators are found to have committed wrongdoings, legal action will definitely be taken. Ms. Kullaya Tantitemit, Director-General of the Revenue Department, revealed that regarding the news that the Revenue Department was indifferent and did not file a complaint against the 'Go Fuk Oil Network', after the Revenue Department was informed by the Department of Special Investigation, it checked the information of all individuals and juristic persons involved. It is admitted that it is very necessary to collect information and related documents from many parties, both from the Department of Special Investigation and other related agencies, and there have been meetings and discussions all along. The Revenue Department is currently processing the tax investigation based on the evidence received. If the investigati on is complete and it appears that the business operator has committed a criminal offense under the Revenue Code, the Revenue Department will definitely file a complaint according to the law.
