The front page of the California University FCE website claims that the Thai Parliament has accepted the California University FCE degree as having the same status and rights as a degree issued by a state university in Thailand in every respect. 'Minister Thammanat Prompao holds a PhD in Public Administration, equivalent to a degree, from California University FCE.
