Gen. Watcharapol Prasarnrajkit, the former chairman of the NACC who retired at the age of 70. The person was selected to temporarily perform the duty in accordance with Section 14 of the Organic Act on the Prevention and Suppression of Corruption. As for the selection of the new NACC chairman, according to the law, there must be 7 NACC members to be selected.
