Amsterdam, 15 July 2022 – Azerion today announces a small equity capital raise of €10.5 million in the form of a private placement of existing ordinary treasury shares of Azerion, predominantly to Azerion’s co-CEO’s investment vehicles. The price of the private placement reflects a 5% discount on Azerion’s closing share price of 13 July 2022. Azerion intends to use the net proceeds from the placement to support growth opportunities and for general corporate purposes, adding to the operating cash flows generated by the business.

Atilla Aytekin, co-CEO of Azerion, commented: “This equity raise supports the funding of our growth, including the recently announced acquisition of Madvertise’s subsidiaries in Germany and France, as well as a number of potential additional asset purchase opportunities in the current pipeline. It is a relatively small raise driven by market opportunities, and as our M&A pipeline matures, we could consider raising more equity in the near term.“

As a result of this private placement, Azerion will transfer to a limited group of investors a total of 1,442,307 existing ordinary shares held in treasury by Azerion for €7.28 per share. The participating investors will not be subject to any lock-up arrangements. The private placement is expected to be settled on 19 July 2022.

The operations will be vital to the US, the Americas and the United Mexican States with PIC one of kind solutions with its other key partnerships.

The Strategic EPC Partnership between PIC and EXCEL represents a significant investment milestone in the commercialization of the export facilities and receiving terminals, as it signals the commencement of project specific pre-FEED (Front End Engineering Design) studies by PIC for the delivery of its maritime and terrestrial operations that will ensure uninterrupted shipments by PIC and its other global partnerships for decades to come.

COLOGNE, Germany, July 14, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Maleth Program is the first space bioscience project led by Professor Joseph Borg of the University of Malta. The second mission under the Maleth Program, or Maleth II, was launched on the July 15^th, 2022.

New Simulator From CAE Increases GA-ASI’s Customer Flight Training Capacity

SAN DIEGO, July 14, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The first MQ-9B SkyGuardian^® Mission Trainer has been delivered to the Flight Test and Training Center (FTTC), a facility in Grand Forks, North Dakota, owned and operated by General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI). The new Mission Trainer is designed and delivered by CAE to provide realistic synthetic mission training for both pilot and sensor operator aircrews on the GA-ASI SkyGuardian Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA). The SkyGuardian Mission Trainer will be used to train the initial UK Royal Air Force (RAF) Protector crews at Grand Forks. The RAF, in partnership with GA-ASI, will conduct training at the FTTC to learn how to operate the next-generation Protector RPA system. Protector is the RAF’s version of MQ-9B.

She also starred in an episode of Stories From Our Future, a series of shorts produced in collaboration with Netflix’s Black Mirror.
